Privacy statement

Dutch Escort (Dutch Escort, Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) no. 84471018) is an escort agency that acts as an intermediary for appointments between clients and independent escort ladies. In this privacy statement we explain which personal data we process when you contact us or make an appointment, and how we handle that data. In doing so, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, in Dutch: AVG).

We only process the data that is needed to answer your question and to arrange an appointment:

• Your name or the name under which you wish to be booked (a first name or nickname is sufficient).
• Your phone number, so that we can confirm and coordinate the appointment.
• The content of your messages and our contact via SMS, Telegram or the chat on the website.
• Appointment details: preferred date, time, location and any wishes you share with us.

We do not ask for more than is necessary. You do not need to send a copy of your identity document or any other official documents to make an appointment.

We use your data exclusively to arrange appointments and to stay in contact with you. Specifically, this means:

• answering your questions and giving advice;
• scheduling, confirming and, where necessary, rescheduling appointments;
• contact with the lady concerned about the appointment;
• handling payment and any complaints.

We do not use your data for advertising or newsletters, and we do not send you unsolicited messages.

We never sell your data to third parties and do not share it for commercial purposes. We only share what is strictly necessary with the lady you book, so that she can keep the appointment. Otherwise, we only pass on data if we are legally obliged to do so, for example on the basis of an order from a competent authority.

We measure how many people visit the site and which pages they view. We do this in two ways, and you decide for yourself how far that goes.

• Our own measurement counts page views using a random number that stays in your browser. No name, email address or phone number is linked to it, and we do not place any third-party cookies for it. This measurement is always on, because it does not allow us to identify anyone personally.
• Google Analytics shows us where visitors come from, for example via Google or via an advertising site. For this, Google places cookies. This happens only if you give your consent via the bar at the bottom of the site. If you refuse, Google Analytics is not loaded and nothing is sent to Google.

We do not share any data via Analytics about who you are or what you book, and we do not use it for advertising. If you want to change your choice later, you can clear the data this site has stored in your browser; the question will then appear again.

We do not keep your data longer than necessary. We keep messages and appointment details for as long as is reasonable for handling the appointment and any follow-up contact, and after that we delete them. Data that we are required by law to keep, for example for our tax records, is retained for the statutory period.

Discretion comes first for us. We treat your data and that of our ladies confidentially, and take appropriate measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access. Contact takes place via secured channels, and only staff involved in an appointment can view the related data.

Our services and this website are intended exclusively for persons aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly process data of minors. If you use our services, you declare that you are of legal age.

Under the GDPR you have a number of rights regarding your data:

• right of access: you may request which data we hold about you;
• right to rectification: you may have incorrect data corrected;
• right to erasure: you may ask us to delete your data;
• right to object: you may object to the processing.
