Terms and conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to all appointments and services of Dutch Escort (Dutch Escort, Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) no. 84471018). By making an appointment, you agree to these terms and conditions. We act as an intermediary for appointments between clients and independent escort ladies.

You make an appointment by phone, SMS, Telegram or the chat on the website. An appointment is only final once we have confirmed it. First take a look at our escort ladies and the rates, and book an escort directly. When booking, clearly state your preferred date, time, location and any wishes, so that we can arrange the appointment properly.

The applicable rates are listed on the rates page. The price of the appointment is agreed with you in advance, so that you are never faced with surprises. Payment takes place at the start of the appointment, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Any travel costs are communicated in advance.

Are you unable to keep an appointment? Then let us know as early as possible, and we will look for a new time together.

Cancelling is free of charge up to 12 hours before the agreed time. After that, we keep the time free for you and the lady turns down other bookings. If you cancel within those 12 hours, or do not show up at the agreed location, we charge the rate for one hour, plus any travel costs already incurred.

If you are running late, let us know in good time. The appointment ends at the originally agreed end time.

We expect you to treat the lady with respect and to respect her boundaries. An appointment is always based on mutual consent. The lady decides for herself what does and does not happen during the appointment. Aggressive or inappropriate behaviour, or behaviour under the influence, is not tolerated. In such cases the appointment may be ended with immediate effect, without any right to a refund.

We ask you to arrive well groomed and fresh. A pleasant appointment starts with good hygiene on both sides. If you have any health complaints that stand in the way of the appointment, please let us know in advance.

Our services and this website are intended exclusively for persons aged 18 and over. By making an appointment, you declare that you are of legal age. We may ask for valid identification.

Discretion goes without saying for us. We treat your details and those of our ladies confidentially. We expect the same discretion from you towards the lady: do not make any photo or video recordings without express permission and do not share any personal details of the lady with third parties. Please also read our privacy statement.

We do our utmost to make every appointment go well, but we cannot be held liable for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as force majeure, delays or a lady being unable to attend. In that case we will look together for a suitable solution or a new time. Our liability is at all times limited to the amount of the appointment concerned.
